Hi, I’m Dr. Hashemipour (Dr. H) — a foreign MD, a clinical Ph.D. in Chinese Medicine, and a professor dedicated to helping alternative and integrative medicine providers recognize the early signs of serious illness and improve patient safety.

But it didn’t start here.

When I first began my journey in medicine, I practiced in rural areas where I saw firsthand how missed diagnoses could impact entire families. Later, during my clinical Ph.D. training in Chinese medicine, I had an experience that changed how I viewed integrative care forever.

One day in clinic, a patient came in with on-and-off nosebleeds. The diagnosis, based on traditional pattern recognition, was “blood heat”—a common explanation in Eastern medicine. But something about the case felt different. I gently asked the patient, “How is your spleen?” That small moment led to a hospital referral—where she was diagnosed with ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura), a potentially life-threatening bleeding disorder.

That moment stayed with me.

It wasn’t about rejecting tradition—it was about enhancing it with clinical awareness. That’s when I realized: the bridge between Eastern and Western thinking isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Why I Created This Platform

Over time, I’ve taught thousands of students through live seminars, doctorate programs, and international workshops. The feedback was humbling:

That’s why I built this platform—to help you grow as a practitioner, to think critically, and to bridge the gap between holistic healing and biomedical safety.

I created this space for acupuncturists, holistic nurses, chiropractors, and international practitioners who want more than protocols—they want perspective.
