Terms and Conditions

Welcome, and thank you for enrolling in the Integrative Medicine Masterclass live online course hosted by Dr. H (Hashemipour) via Kajabi.

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and participation in this live or on-demand continuing education course and are legally binding. By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms outlined below.


1. Course Overview

The course is delivered via Kajabi's live platform and is intended for licensed acupuncturists, integrative health professionals, and other qualified alternative medicine practitioners.


2. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All course materials provided in this program—including but not limited to syllabi, handouts, lecture slides, video and audio recordings, transcripts, case studies, clinical vignettes, quizzes, assessments, and supplementary documents—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. M. Hashemipour (Sina Acupuncture PLLC). These materials are protected under U.S. copyright law and international intellectual property statutes.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Recording: Students are strictly prohibited from recording any portion of the course, including live sessions, lectures, discussions, or presentations, in any format (audio, video, or otherwise).

  • Reproduction and Distribution: Students may not reproduce, distribute, share, or transmit any course materials, in whole or in part, through any means, including but not limited to email, social media, file-sharing platforms, or educational resource websites.

  • Modification: Altering, adapting, or creating derivative works from any course materials is strictly forbidden.

  • Commercial Use: Utilizing any course materials for commercial purposes, including selling or licensing content, is expressly prohibited.

Permitted Use:

  • Personal Study: Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal study and educational purposes within the context of this course.

Consequences of Violation:

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of course materials constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the course without refund.

  • Legal action to enforce intellectual property rights, which may include seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief.

  • Reporting to professional licensing boards or certification bodies, which may impact professional standing.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of course materials, please report it immediately to [email protected].

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this intellectual property policy in its entirety.


3. CEU Eligibility

It is your responsibility to attend the full hours of live training or on-demand materials in order to qualify for a CEU certificate. Partial attendance may not be eligible for CEU credit, per NCCAOM and California Board guidelines.


4. Technology Requirements

 To ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience, participants are responsible for meeting the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    A stable, high-speed internet connection (wired or strong Wi-Fi) is required to stream live sessions without interruptions.

  • Device Compatibility:
    A desktop computer or laptop is recommended. Mobile devices and tablets may limit access to some features.

  • Web Browser:
    Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge for best performance.
    (Internet Explorer is not supported.)

  • Audio and Video:
    A working microphone and speakers/headphones are required.
    A webcam is recommended for interactive sessions and breakout discussions.

  • Browser Permissions:
    Ensure your browser has permission to access your microphone and camera before joining live classes.

  • Environment:
    Choose a quiet, well-lit space where you can fully participate in class activities without distractions.

Participants are responsible for confirming that their devices meet these requirements prior to the course.
Technical issues on the participant’s side will not be grounds for refund or course credit.


5. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your information will be used solely for course administration, communication, and issuance of CEU certificates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Kajabi’s platform also follows GDPR and U.S. data privacy compliance.


6. Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to adjust the course schedule, including dates or times, if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
In the event of a schedule change, an alternative session will be offered.
If no alternative can be offered, a full refund for the affected session(s) will be issued.


7. Disclaimers

This course is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Participation does not create a patient-provider relationship between Dr. Hashemipour and the participant.


8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Payment details (securely processed via Stripe/PayPal; we do not store card data)

  • To register you for the course

  • To send course updates, classroom access links, and CEU certificates

  • To maintain records for CEU compliance

Data Security: All purchases and communications are encrypted and processed via Kajabi’s secure system. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of trusted service providers.

Your Rights: You may contact us at any time to request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion.


📜 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your purchase is completed and access to course materials or live sessions is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


Refund Eligibility Timeline ( For Live Webinars Only):

For Live online courses, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the integrity of our live CEU course, we have established the following refund policy for only Live Webinars:

  • More than 15 days before the course start date:
    âś… 100% refund of the course fee.

  • 8 to 15 days before the course start date:
    âś… 50% refund of the course fee.

  • Less than 7 days before the course start date:
    ❌ No refunds available.

     


Refund Request Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
