Welcome, and thank you for enrolling in the Integrative Medicine Masterclass: Eastern Asian Medicine Meets Biomedicine, A Modern Approach to Healing, hosted by Dr. H (Hashemipour) via Kajabi.

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and participation in this on-demand continuing education course and are legally binding. By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Course Overview

This is a 6-hour on-demand video course, supplemented by 2 hours of reading materials, totaling 8 CEUs approved by NCCAOM.
The course is delivered via Kajabi's online platform and is open to all interested participants.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your purchase is completed and access to course materials is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, documents, and supplemental handouts, is the intellectual property of Dr. Hashemipour. You may not record, copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the course without explicit written permission.

4. CEU Eligibility

It is your responsibility to complete all modules, quizzes, and final assessments within the course within 30 days after purchase in order to qualify for a CEU certificate. Failure to complete within the access window may result in ineligibility for CEUs, per NCCAOM guidelines.

5. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining access to a stable internet connection, a computer or device compatible with Kajabi's platform, and any other tools necessary to access the course. Technical difficulties on the participant’s side do not constitute grounds for refund or credit.

6. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your information will be used solely for course administration, communication, and issuance of CEU certificates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Kajabi’s platform also follows GDPR and U.S. data privacy compliance.

7. Changes and Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the course platform experiences technical issues or content needs updating, you will be notified promptly. Access time (30 days from enrollment) will not be extended unless otherwise communicated.

8. Disclaimers

This course is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Participation does not create a patient-provider relationship between Dr. Hashemipour and the participant.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
